Rated by our service departmentEvery trailer we sell is backed by its manufacturer, but the promises are not all the same. Here is what each one covers in plain terms, plus how our service department rates them after years of filing claims on our customers' behalf: term length, what is actually covered, and how the claim goes in practice.
Diamond CAuthorized warranty repair

- Paint & finish
- Limited paint warranty on the DM powder coat
- Dealer registration required — we register the trailer for you at the time of sale
- Axles, tires, jacks and other supplier parts carry their own maker's warranty
- Freight to and from the dealer is the owner's responsibility
- Claims go through us; we're an authorized Diamond C repair shop
- Trailers built before the 2026 model year keep the terms in effect when they shipped
MAXX-DAuthorized warranty repair

- Must be registered within 14 days of purchase or the warranty is void
- Axles, tires and wheels carry their own maker's warranty; bearings, brakes and hinges are wear items
- Factory repairs in Bancroft, Iowa are free to the original purchaser; freight is on the owner
- Overloading, improper lug-nut torque and road salt damage are excluded
Load TrailAuthorized warranty repair

- 2 years comprehensive on every Load Trail-built component
- Paint & finish
- 2 years pro-rated paint
- The registration card must reach Load Trail within 30 days of purchase
- Report a problem to your dealer within 5 days of finding it; the dealer files the claim within 10 days
- Axles, tires and other supplier parts are covered by their makers; brake linings, bulbs and decking are wear items
- Warped or faded lumber is covered 180 days from manufacture
UnitedAuthorized warranty repair

- 3 years — United workmanship & materials, original purchaser
- Components
- Tires, axles, jacks, couplers, windows, doors and electrical carry their makers' warranties
- Paint & finish
- Paint & undercoating not covered
- The warranty card must reach United within 15 days of purchase
- Repairs at United or a United-authorized shop like ours; towing and transport are the owner's cost
- Glued exterior side panels: United supplies screws if a seam loosens (labor not included)
- Overloading, lack of maintenance, salt or de-icer corrosion and modifications void coverage
