About Poplar Bluff Trailer
Poplar Bluff Trailer started in the middle of the COVID pandemic, when two guys needed a shop to repair trailers and realized the area needed one too. What began as a repair shop has grown into Southeast Missouri's go-to dealership for people who actually use their trailers to get work done.
By The Numbers
Who We Are
Greg spent the early 2000s in the Army Airborne Infantry and served as a combat veteran in Iraq and Afghanistan. After the military, he built a career in logistics — focused on understanding what manufacturers and customers actually needed, and figuring out how to get it to them. He also runs a cattle farm, which means he uses trailers and equipment the same way most of our customers do: hard, and often.
Travis has worn a lot of hats over the years — cabinet making, equipment sales, semi trucks, and trailers. He's spent enough time on the side of the road fixing on-the-job breakdowns to know exactly what separates a trailer that holds up from one that doesn't.
Between us, that's 22+ years of combined experience, and it shapes how we run the business every day.

Why We Do It This Way
We saw a gap in the market. Most trailer dealers are built around selling — pushing inventory, closing deals, moving units. That's not us.
Our background in logistics taught us something simple: the job isn't to sell a trailer. It's to solve a problem. If you're hauling hay, running a construction crew, moving equipment between job sites, or trying to grow a business that depends on reliable hauling — you don't need a sales pitch. You need the right tool for the job.
So that's what we do. We listen first, figure out what you're actually trying to accomplish, and point you toward the trailer that'll hold up to the work. Sometimes that means a heavy-duty MAXX-D dump. Sometimes it means an Aluma utility. Sometimes it means telling you the trailer you came in asking about isn't the right one.

What We Stand For
Honesty
We'll tell you the truth about what a trailer can and can't do.
Integrity
We stand behind what we sell and what we service.
Deliberate, Focused Intent
Every recommendation, every repair, every conversation has a purpose. We don't waste your time.
What Sets Us Apart
No High-Pressure Sales. Ever.
If you leave without buying, that's fine — we'd rather you come back next year when it's the right time than regret a purchase next week.
Solutions Over Transactions
We ask questions before we make recommendations. Your job, your loads, your terrain, your budget, your timeline — all of it matters.
Real-World Experience
Between Greg's farm, Travis's breakdown work, and our team's combined time in the field, we've actually used the products we sell.
Who We Work With
We're proud to be an authorized dealer for the brands we trust to hold up in the real world: Diamond C, MAXX-D, Load Trail, Aluma, and H&H. These aren't just logos on our lot — they're manufacturers we've vetted, whose trailers we've pulled, repaired, and stood behind.
We're part of Southeast Missouri, not just selling to it. We're proud to sponsor Bricks Offroad and support the local community that's supported us since day one.
Come See Us
Whether you need a dump trailer for your next job, a utility trailer for the weekend, a gooseneck for hauling equipment, parts and accessories, or service and repair — we'd like the chance to help. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about what you need.
